Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 288min platform available at https://288min.vip (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 288min Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the 288min Platform. Continued access to or use of the Platform following any posted amendment to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

288min reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Section 02

Eligibility

Use of the 288min Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited on the 288min Platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities may not register personal gaming accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of 288min, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the 288min Platform or from any affiliated gaming platform.

288min reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and source of funds at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

Section 03

Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 288min Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identity details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 288min reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any outstanding balances or bonus credits.

At registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid mobile number associated with your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account where applicable. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to notify 288min promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 288min will treat all activity conducted through your account as activity carried out by you, and you bear full financial responsibility for such activity unless and until you have notified 288min of an unauthorised access event.

• Username and password must be kept confidential at all times.
• You must log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 288min immediately at support@288min.vip if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• 288min may require periodic re-verification of account details as part of its ongoing KYC obligations.

Section 04

Deposits & Payments

All transactions on the 288min Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 288min does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion. Accepted deposit methods are:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet and bank account transfers
• EasyPaisa — mobile wallet and over-the-counter transfers
• HBL Bank Transfer — direct bank transfer from Habib Bank Limited accounts
• UBL Bank Transfer — direct bank transfer from United Bank Limited accounts
• Meezan Bank — direct bank transfer from Meezan Bank accounts

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the point of transaction within your 288min account. These figures are subject to change, and 288min will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to deposit terms.

Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. 288min will not accept third-party deposits. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third party, the deposit will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Section 05

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the identity verification process prior to any withdrawal being approved.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the withdrawals section of your account dashboard.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) business days of submission, subject to verification requirements.
• 288min reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where unusual account activity has been detected.

288min does not permit withdrawal of deposited funds that have not been subject to at least one real-money wager, except where required by applicable law or regulatory direction. This measure is in place to comply with anti-money laundering obligations under the Platform's international gaming licence.

Section 06

Bonuses & Promotions

288min offers promotional bonuses, free bet credits, deposit match offers, and other incentive schemes from time to time. All such offers are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which will be published at the time the promotion is made available. The following general bonus conditions apply across all 288min promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in permanent suspension.
• 288min reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already validly claimed and subject to ongoing wagering requirements will remain in force under the terms applicable at the time of claim.
• Bonuses claimed using invalid, inaccurate, or third-party payment credentials will be voided.
• Free bet credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

Section 07

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 288min Platform are final once confirmed. The following conditions apply to sports betting and casino gaming respectively:

Sports Betting:

• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change prior to confirmation. The odds confirmed at the point of bet acceptance are binding.
• In-play bets are subject to real-time odds fluctuations. 288min reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, 288min's settlement rules for the relevant sport will apply. These rules are available within the Sports Betting section of the Platform.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error (palpable error) may be voided by 288min at its sole discretion. A palpable error is one where the odds offered were clearly incorrect and materially inconsistent with prevailing market odds at the time of offer.

Casino & Slot Games:

• All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physically dealt cards and balls under controlled conditions.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games are theoretical and represent long-term statistical averages, not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be treated as void and stakes returned. 288min's decision on game malfunctions is final.

Section 08

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 288min Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or conduct any activity on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches in a manner that results in artificial gains.
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to evade a registration restriction or self-exclusion.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the account lifecycle, including identity verification.
• Accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

Section 09

Intellectual Property

All content available on the 288min Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of 288min or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not include:

• Any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its content.
• Any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of any third party.
• Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
• Any reproduction, duplication, or exploitation of any portion of the Platform for commercial purposes.

288min trademarks, service marks, and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of 288min.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 288min, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Damages resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Damages arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

288min's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your 288min account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Section 11

Account Suspension & Closure

288min reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation within a stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity in connection with the account.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory direction from a relevant licensing or law enforcement authority.
• Inactivity — accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative closure.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. In the event of voluntary closure or closure due to inactivity, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the User via the most recent payment method on record, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Section 12

Responsible Gaming

288min takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Users manage their gaming activity in a safe and controlled manner. These tools are available directly from your account dashboard and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your 288min account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of the duration of your current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• Personal data is collected for account management, identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance purposes.

Section 14

Amendments to These Terms

288min reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect User rights or obligations — 288min will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice prior to the amendments taking effect. Notice will be provided via the email address registered to your account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or updates required by regulatory change) may take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.

Section 15

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 288min holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through the following process:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact 288min support at support@288min.vip with a written description of the dispute. 288min will endeavour to respond within five (5) business days and resolve the matter informally where possible.
2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may submit a formal complaint via the Platform's complaints procedure. 288min will acknowledge formal complaints within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within twenty-eight (28) days.
3. Alternative Dispute Resolution: Where a formal complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body designated under 288min's gaming licence.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
